wedding reception. Other locations are available to match your individual
needs.

American
Legion
The American Legion Hall is over 100 years old and boasts an excellent
view of the lighthouse. Recently beautifully redecorated, the hall can
hold over 150 people and has a working kitchen. You can have outside catering
for your events. No outside alcohol is allowed in the Legion hall. Bartenders
are provided with your rental fee. Call us to schedule.
Tybee
Pier
The Tybee Pier can be rented for either a large or small reception. There
are specific requirements for the use of the pier and we can facilitate
your use, security, and cleanup of the pier. The pier was constructed
for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Coordination can be done through us.

The Chandler
House
Brand new high-end reception hall on Tybee. Overlooks the marshes (just
minutes from the beach). Absolutely lovely location for you and your guests.
Can accommodate around 150 people inside and outside with a full deck.
There's even a grand piano inside for that classy cocktail hour. Full
kitchen, large deck, open and clean view of the marsh - the sunsets are
amazing. You can even book the whole house for the entire weekend. To

Shrine
Club
Located on top of the museum, the Alee Temple hall has the best view of
the ocean and lighthouse on Tybee. You can have a band or other entertainment
here. You can have outside catering for your events. Specific requirements
must be followed regarding alcohol. Large hall with a kitchen. Call us
to schedule.

Memorial Park
Quickly becoming a popular outdoor location for receptions, Memorial Park
is located behind Tybee Island City Hall on Butler Ave (US HWY 80). Memorial
Park has a covered pavilion with seating for around 150 on picnic tables.
Rental tables and chairs can be brought in. There is electrical power
outlets, a tennis court, playground, and bathroom facilities all located
in the same area. Lights shut down at 12am. A great family fun location.

TANGO
Tango is an excellent restaurant to have your reception or your rehearsal
dinner. They also cater for outside events! Their menu is varied and they
can please almost anyone. Call Tybee Island Wedding to schedule your event
at Tango. Pictures are of the bamboo room which will hold up to about
40 comfortably. Here is a sample menu from TANGO.
On the Beach
You can have your reception on the beach with proper coordination. No
open flames, glass, or animals are allowed on the beach. A special events
permit is required. We can facilitate your application for this permit
and provide services for your event.
Jaycee
Park
Jaycee Park is located at the intersections of Van Horne and Campbell
Ave. The park has picnic tables but no overhead facilities. There is a
ball park that can be reserved for organized activities and there are
bathroom facilities in the park. There is a gazebo for your wedding ceremony
surrounded by fresh water channels. There is a new playground on site.
